Learn how to use Air Wash room spray effectively to freshen indoor air. Step-by-step guide with tips for best results.
Quick answer
Shake the bottle, spray 2-3 times into the center of the room, and allow the mist to settle. Use on fabrics for added freshness.
Why Air Wash is different from standard room sprays
Air Wash combines eucalyptus, peppermint, and tea tree essential oils, so it does more than mask odors. The formula is designed for use during cold and flu season and can be sprayed on fabrics for antibacterial and deodorizing effects.
Because it contains citrus and mint notes, the scent is refreshing rather than heavy. This makes it suitable for cars, bedrooms, and living areas where you want a clean, clear atmosphere.
How to use Air Wash room spray
- Shake the bottle gently: Essential oils can separate from the water base. A gentle shake ensures an even distribution of the active ingredients.
- Spray into the center of the room: Hold the bottle upright about 30 cm from surfaces. Spray 2-3 times in an upward arc, aiming for the open air rather than directly at furniture or people. Common mistake: spraying too close to fabrics can cause wet spots. Keep distance for even coverage.
- Allow the mist to settle: Wait 1-2 minutes before re-entering the area or sitting down. The fine droplets need time to disperse and interact with the air.
- Use on fabrics for extra freshness: Air Wash can be used as a fabric spray for antibacterial and deodorizing benefits. Lightly mist upholstery, curtains, or car seats from a distance of 20-30 cm. Test on an inconspicuous area first if you are concerned about staining.
